Kenji Makizono
Born in 1983 in Fukuoka, Japan, Kenji Makizono studied video and new media in Tokyo. In 2011, he decided to return his hometown Fukuoka then started to work on his art practice. He had participated in various residency programs in Asia such as Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
As Makizono works on video and media arts, his current interest is to question how the electricity come from. He explores this ongoing project collaborating with related people. The artist is also a committee member of alternative spaces such as artist-run-space and art festival in Fukuoka besides his own art activity.

Yaloo
Yaloo is a South Korea born artist working with video installation. She received MFA from School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2015. She was the first recipient of Lyn Blumenthal Memorial Fellowship from Video Data Bank. She received Gold Award from AHL Foundation, NY. She is a full fellowship recipient of Bemis Studio Art Center (USA), La Bande Video (Canada), and Fukuoka Asian Museum (Japan). Her works have been part of number of solo and group shows in the cities such as Chicago, New York, Seattle, Santa Fe, Vancouver, Quebec City, Malmö, Dresden, Fukuoka, and Seoul.

Leonhard Bartolomeus
Leonhard Bartolomeus (b. 1987) is an independent curator, researcher, and also passionate teacher. He graduated from Jakarta Arts Institute, with Major at Ceramic Craft in 2012. In the same year he participated in a writing workshop held by ruangrupa—a contemporary collective artist based in Jakarta—and later on, join the collective. In 2013, he published his first book, Publik dan Reklame di Ruang Kota Jakarta. In 2014 he received the Japan Foundation grant to do an internship at Hiroshima Museum of Contemporary Art. From 2015 to 2017, he served as a curator/director at RURU Gallery. Besides all the works with ruangrupa, he has been doing many research and exhibition with various partners such as Jakarta Arts Council, NGOs, and art schools. Recently, he is developing his research on colonial landscape paintings across South East Asia.
